Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All DeployAgents plans include a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within the first 30 days from your initial purchase, you may request a complete refund — no questions asked, no justification required.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Refund Request". We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription unless required by applicable law. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, at which point it will not renew.

4. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plan subscribers are entitled to the same 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, no refund is issued for the remaining annual period — the change takes effect at the next renewal.

5. Upgrade and Downgrade Credits

When you upgrade your plan mid-billing-cycle, the unused portion of your current plan is prorated and credited toward your new plan immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date with no refund for the current period.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if: (a) your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service; (b) fraudulent activity has been detected on your account; (c) you have previously received a refund from us within the past 12 months. In these cases, we will communicate our decision clearly and provide a reason.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us directly — we will always resolve billing issues fairly and promptly.
