Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DeployAgents. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DeployAgents.co.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any DeployAgents service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
DeployAgents provides fully managed hosting for OpenClaw and Hermes AI agents. We provision, configure, monitor, and maintain the infrastructure required to run your agent instance. DeployAgents is an independent managed hosting provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the OpenClaw or Hermes project maintainers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use DeployAgents to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications; (c) generate or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' instances; (e) resell our services without written permission; (f) use your agent for any form of harassment or abuse.
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. All fees are charged in advance. We use Stripe for payment processing. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact [email protected] for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 30 days except where required by law.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for all plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, conversations, memories, and configurations associated with your agent instance. We do not use your data to train AI models. You may export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Your agent will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployAgents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
