Our Data Practices
Your data is yours. All conversations, memory entries, documents, and agent configurations stored in your instance belong entirely to you. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time from your dashboard.
We never train on your data. Your instance data is never used to train AI models — not ours, not any third party's. It is used exclusively to power your agent during your active sessions.
Minimal staff access. Our team members do not have routine access to your instance data. Access is only granted in emergency situations (e.g. critical infrastructure failure) with explicit logging and requires manager approval.
Penetration testing. We conduct regular third-party penetration tests and promptly address any findings. Summary reports are available to Enterprise customers upon request.
Responsible Disclosure
Found a security vulnerability? We take every report seriously and will work with you to resolve it quickly. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we've had a chance to address them.
